Biscuit Tin Silk Neck Scarf

Small silk neckscarf featuring the iconic design of the "Biscuit Tin" - a tin purchased from department store DEKA in the 1990s, which is now used to draw Member's Bills from before they can be introduced to the House of Representatives. An iconic symbol of New Zealand's democracy.

Scarf measures 65 x 65cm, and is made from 100% silk habotai. Comes packaged in box.
